The first target group is the Flemish government and in particular the Division for Youth of the Agency for Socio-Cultural Work for Youth and Adults, for both policy advice and the dissemination of scientific research.
A second target group comprises all actors in the field of youth and children’s rights (NGOs and the field – at the level of management and policy functions), in particular for disseminating scientific research and providing training.
The scientific community constitutes a third target group. The Children’s Rights Knowledge Centre promotes cooperation regarding children’s rights between academics and across disciplines.
Other groups that directly or indirectly come into contact with children and youth form a target group as well.
